Return Policy:

Opened items can be returned for a full refund if they are returned to us within 10 days of delivery. You must pay for the returned shipping and handling charges.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at the email address below. Damaged or defective items must be returned to us. We will replace the item and send to you after we receive the returned product.


Credit Cards - Currently, Art of Cigars accepts Visa, Discover & American Express payments via phone, email, or mail-in orders. Please create your order online first, then call or email us with your billing information to process your payment. Your order will be shipped immediately after we receive your payment.

PayPal - We also accept payment through PayPal.

Checks and Money Orders - For U.S. & Canada orders only, Art of Cigars accepts both personal checks or money orders. You can send your check or money order payment to our office in El Dorado Hills, California. Create your order online and include a print-out with your check, money order, or billing information. Be sure to include your contact numbers and email address.

  • All payments must be made in U.S. dollars only.
  • We will process your order as soon as your payment arrives.

Please do not send cash. Art of Cigars is not responsible for lost money...but feel free to bring cash to our lounge!

  • If you select to pay by credit card, first create your order online, then call us with your card information.
  • If you with to pay by check/money order. Please mail to the address.

All listed prices on Art of Cigars require shipping and handling.

Age Requirements:

Purchases of Tobacco items are regulated by law. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to purchase any tobacco items.

Types of Delivery:

Standard shipping.

We always process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

  • U.S. & Canada: orders can be expected to arrive within 7-12 business days.

Lost Orders:

Email us at the address below regarding lost orders. Lost orders will be re-shipped immediately.

Undeliverable Shipment:

If your package was shipped back to us due to an incorrect address we will contact you with the provided email and resend the parcel only once without any charge.
